Galaxie

Introduced to Australia in 1964, the Galaxie was Ford's flagship car through until 1972. Plenty of these cars have survived and the supply of mechanical parts is good. Most are fitted with 390 FE engines, but you will come across the ocassional 289 powered car, and the last cars produced here had the 400M engine.

Over the last few years a number of fully imported models have arrived here from the USA, so 2 door fastbacks and convertibles  are to be found, some fitted with 428 engines.
