CHANGE YOUR MIND OR MAKE AN INCORRECT CHOICE ARE NOT VALID RETURNS…
Return Eligibility are as per state and federal acts – To return you purchase the part/s must:
- Be returned within 14 days of purchase, as per invoice date.
- Include the original invoice
- Be in their original and undamaged packaging
- Be in their original unused condition
- Have not been used or installed
- Not be a specially ordered part or electrical component such as ECU or coil pack
Please complete this returns request form. One of our team will contact you immediately during business hours upon receipt of the returns request to facilitate your return.
Your item may be returned for a refund or store credit minus the original shipping costs. Note, a re-stocking fee will apply.

Postage costs for returns not covered under Warranty are the responsibility of the purchaser.
NOT WHAT YOU ORDERED OR DAMAGED IN TRANSIT…
Every order dispatched by AAAP is doubled checked for accuracy and packed with care. We encourage you take out general freight insurance, AAAP can not monitor or control individual freight providers. If your package is damaged in transit please contact the freight provider for assistance with your claim.
All American Auto Parts only stocks and sells quality products to our valued customers and we warranty all our products for manufacturing defects.
Please use the contact form explaining the issue with the part. We will get in contact with our suppliers to determine the best way forward. In order to make a claim you need to supply;
a) Return of the goods.
b) Original invoice receipt.
c) Complete the form explaining the issue.
AAAP will facilitate clear communication between the purchaser’s warranty claim and manufacturer’s warranty statement. Offering assistance on all such warranty claims.
AAAP will honour a manufacturer’s warranty if required to do so by the Australian Consumer Law. If the Australian Consumer Law does not apply (for example, where we sell products to someone who is not considered a consumer for the purpose of the Australian Consumer Law) AAAP is not obliged to honour the manufacturer’s warranty but will consider any reasonable request for assistance to access any benefits available under an applicable manufacturer’s warranty. Applicable warranties will be applied in accordance with their terms.
